A World Design

We specialize in contemporary residential architecture in conjunction with Green design. From our offices in Westchester and Manhattan, we have completed projects in the Hamptons, Westchester, and the five boroughs of New York City over the past 25 years. Currently, we are developing designs that combine architecture and farming concepts.

The culture behind our success in achieving the highest standard of design is that no one cares more about the project than the Architect. William Alicea is personally involved in every project—from concept to detailing to construction—to ensure the best realization of clients’ requirements.

During the early 90’s, we not only designed but also built our projects, acting as architect and construction manager/developer. While this is no longer the case, we continue to bring to each project our technical knowledge of construction and practicality in budgeting and use of materials. In this tradition, we maintain a strong on-site presence during the construction phase of the project.

Extensive experience with a wide variety of completed projects including residential, commercial, retail, loft building conversions, galleries and spiritual places of worship.
